Ok Montreal! We heard you loud and clear. It’s taken almost a year to fulfill our promise of coming back but it’s been one hell of a ride since we last met way back in February. We’ve gone From Gumbo Caribana in Toronto to a Gumbo collabo with Afropunk in Brooklyn. All parties were big successes but there’s no place quite like Montreal. Where else can we jump from Afrobeats to Kompa to Soukouss to Afrohouse without the crowd losing a step.
We’re coming back December 2nd with an extra spicy version of the Gumbo mix to round out the year. This is one event you don’t want to miss out on! Save the date and stay tuned for extra spicy details.
The Afrobeats scratchmaster DJ Camron will be coming down and joined by Montreal veteran Redd Dredd and more. Together they will chop it down and stir it up to create very spicy edition of the GUMBO mix.
