The owners of New York’s famed Dope Jams record store and now Preserved Instincts in Oak Hill, NY, will be bringing the heat to the dance floor on this cold Montreal December. As DJ duo, Slow to Speak is known to play a wide range of sonic bombs from techno, house and just about everything else.
